About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Maritime business area, a key executive role with a focus on driving the business's growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the business, including strategy, financial results, program execution, customer satisfaction, talent development, and market expansion. This pivotal position requires a leader with a strong background in the Maritime community, particularly within a DoD environment, and a proven track record in business leadership, financial management, and business growth. The VP will be accountable for P&L ownership, customer leadership, program delivery, and talent and organization leadership, and will play a critical role in strategic planning and enterprise leadership. Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a focus on running multiple projects and US Navy programs. The role demands hands-on experience with key US Navy organizations and advanced technology domains, as well as a strong background in business development and managing high-performing technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI security clearance and be adept at collaborating with executive leadership, communicating effectively, and mentoring emerging leaders. Responsibilities also include maintaining a deep understanding of customer priorities, driving organic growth, and identifying adjacent opportunities. The role is suited to a strategic and hands-on leader who is passionate about guiding high-performing technical teams and is committed to fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus.
