Director of Maintenance – Hamilton Grove New Carlisle, Indiana Join a Mission-Driven Senior Living Community Hamilton Grove is seeking a hands‑on Director of Maintenance to lead maintenance and grounds operations at Hamilton Grove. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, leading teams, and creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents. What You’ll Do Lead maintenance, grounds, and laundry team members Oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and building systems Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance needs Coordinate lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and grounds upkeep Maintain inventory, supplies, and maintenance records Work with contractors and vendors as needed Support budgeting, inspections, and process improvements Qualifications 2–3 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Experience with building systems, power tools, and grounds equipment Strong communication and customer service skills Why Join Us?
