Graphic Design Associate

What success looks like in this role: We're growing our creative team and looking for a Graphic Design Associate with strong design skills and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency. You'll take ownership of marketing design projects, while supporting senior designers on larger, high-visibility work. This role is a great fit for a designer who has the fundamentals down and is ready for more independence and responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate marketing materials and digital assets that follow brand guidelinesOwn small to mid-size design projects from concept through deliverySupport senior designers on larger, high-visibility presentations and campaignsEdit and refine existing creative assets for consistency and qualityDesign and build PowerPoint presentations, including layouts, data visualizations, infographics, icons, and templatesCollaborate with marketing, communications, and business teams to translate ideas into visual solutionsManage multiple design tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentIncorporate feedback from senior designers and apply it to future workYou will be successful in this role if you have:You'll Be Successful in This Role If You HaveBachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, communication design, advertising, or a related fieldOne or more successful design internships, or one to two years of professional design experience, including some presentation design workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPointA portfolio that shows attention to typography, layout, and visual storytellingStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsComfort working within a structured, enterprise creative processA self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and growProfessional CompetenciesStrong eye for composition, hierarchy, and brand consistencyAbility to work independently on assigned projects while knowing when to ask for inputOpenness to feedback and a habit of refining work based on itInterest in growing toward more strategic design and mentorship responsibilities over timeCuriosity about technology, B2B marketing, and enterprise environmentsThis role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
