Rollin Smoke Barbeque is looking for a motivated and reliable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Each employee must bring a smile to work every day and possess the ability to work flexible hours, take direction well, be self-motivated, clean, and handle large workloads. Hours will vary per week, and candidates must be available to work mornings, lunch, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Prep Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare and chop ingredients according to recipe specifications and restaurant standards

• Assemble and organize ingredients for cooking and service

• Assist with cooking and food preparation as directed by the kitchen staff

• Maintain a clean and organized prep area, following health and safety guidelines

• Ensure all ingredients are stored properly and at the correct temperatures

• Follow recipes and portion sizes accurately to ensure consistency

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations

• Adhere to all sanitation and safety policies and procedures

• Perform other kitchen duties as needed
