Accounts Receivable Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $25.00 to $40.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and validate customer invoices and payment activity to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  
  
• Perform basic data checks against source documents and external databases.
  
  
• Identify and help resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies in receivable balances.
  
  
• Update and maintain customer activity across various systems as needed.
  
  
• Assist in generating status trackers and compiling data for reporting and analysis.
  

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent education.
  
  
• Bring at least 2+ years of experience in data entry within a professional office environment.
  
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  
  
• Show good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  
  
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
  

Qualifications:

• Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold high data quality standards.
  
  
• Understand basic data entry and validation procedures.
  
  
• Collaborate well with teammates and participate actively in discussions.
  
  
• Follow established procedures for quality assurance and suggest process improvements.
  
  
• Speak Chinese Mandarin fluently (preferred but not required).
