Reliable attendance and punctuality to maintain consistent service coverage. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in bartending or mixology from a recognized institution. Experience working in a fine dining or upscale wine shop setting. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software. Knowledge of local and state alcohol service laws and regulations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
