Insurance Defense Associate

Cozen O’Connor seeks an associate with at least 3 years of significant insurance defense litigation experience to join the Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated familiarity with pretrial filings in the areas of complex litigation, construction, mass torts, personal injury claims, and products liability. Candidates must be capable of working independently and collaboratively, have excellent academic credentials, and demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills. Admission to Washington state required. Cozen O’Connor represents major domestic and foreign insurers on a worldwide basis and is a recognized leader in insurance law. With nearly 200 top insurance attorneys, Cozen O’Connor fields arguably the most sophisticated insurance law department of any firm in the United States. The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $200,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
