Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and organized Customer Support Manager to help lead our customer support operations in Cincinnati, OH.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day customer service activities, helping maintain high service standards, assisting team members, and ensuring customer concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, an effective problem-solver, and someone who enjoys creating positive experiences for both customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer support operations and help maintain consistent service standards.

• Support and guide customer service team members in handling inquiries and resolving concerns.

• Ensure customer issues are addressed professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.

• Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.

• Help establish clear communication and service expectations within the team.

• Handle escalated customer situations with professionalism and sound judgment.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer-related matters.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and support activities.

• Encourage a positive, organized, and customer-focused work environment.

• Assist with team development, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
