Position Summary One of our newest factories, located along the Virginia border, breathes new life into a former brewery, creating an innovative and technologically advanced pet food manufacturing facility. We have transformed the existing structure in Rockingham County to produce leading dry dog and cat food brands, including Purina Pro Plan®, Purina ONE®, and Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets®. With a strong focus on sustainability and safety, this facility is committed to doing our part to care for the environment, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. As a Manufacturing Excellence (Continuous Improvement) Manager, you’ll coordinate all Nestlé Continuous Excellence (World Class Manufacturing) initiatives and Pillar activities as you act as the single point of contact for stakeholders. Play a critical role in developing improvement plans and strategies to drive profitability through analysis of costs and losses. You’ll ensure that our processes enable top-line growth and improve manufacturing asset intensity through the reduction of manufacturing losses. Define and communicate continuous improvement plans across the facility. Monitor and coordinate the execution of Nestlé Continuous Excellence plans. Manage Manufacturing Excellence Department organization including allocation of various roles and responsibilities. Implement Nestlé Continuous Excellence methodology across teams and processes including training, coaching, and assessment. Support development of Manufacturing Excellence methodologies, competencies, and routines with the market. Requirements Bachelor's Degree 3+ years’ of leadership experience with LEAN Manufacturing, Total Performance Management (TPM), or Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing, technical, military, or related environment and1+ years of people leadership experience The approximate yearly pay range for this position is $115,780 - $157,890. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
