Registered Nurse (RN), Behavioral Health $10,000 Sign-On Bonus available to qualified applicants Job Type: Full-Time | Nights Schedule: 3x12, Nights (7p-7:30a), some weekend shifts How you’ll contribute Assesses patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc Will also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration Why join us Comprehensive Benefits: Multiple levels of medical, dental and vision coverage for full-time and part‑time employees. What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: 21 years of age or older Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required and De‑escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire Licenses: Must have a current Arizona or compact multi‑state RN license. Education: Associate’s degree required. BSN preferred.
