Apply Now!Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday Start Time: 6 AMPosition Summary: The purpose of this role is to merchandise products within all format accounts. This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved products, setting up displays, stocking, and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.Essential Job FunctionsMerchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accountsRotate products in the backroom and on the shelf Transport products to and from backroom to shelf locationMaintain backroom/back stock areas in an orderly fashionKeep merchandise displayed in a manner calculated to increase salesBuild customer relationships at the store levelCommunicate with the Customer upon arrival and departure from the storePerform other duties as necessaryQualificationsSufficient formal or informal education to ensure the ability to read and write at a level required for successful job performance*A valid driver's license and required level of insurance coverage (*Not required for individuals 16 and 17 years of age who report to a single account)*Reliable transportation to and from accounts*A valid pallet jack and/or forklift certification where necessaryKnowledge of general merchandisingKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer serviceBasic knowledge of computers and tabletsEffective oral and written communication skillsSkills in problem solving and judgement and decision makingAbility to provide attention to detailAbility to perform miscellaneous job functions in a scheduled timeframeMust be flexible and adaptable to support the team to obtain Company goalsAbility to work evenings, weekends and holiday hours*Not required for individuals 16 and 17 years of age who report to a single accountWorking EnvironmentWork generally takes place in a store setting.
