What You'll Do:

As an Installation Professional, you will be a key member of our team responsible for:

• Creating an Unparalleled Experience: Deliver exceptional service by performing at the highest level possible.
• Installation & Maintenance: Expertly install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems.
• Efficient Resource Management: Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment.
• Customer Engagement: Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed.
• Vehicle & Equipment Care: Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
• Cross-Training: Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.

Job Requirements:

• Can-Do Attitude: A positive and proactive approach to work.
• Professional Appearance & Personality: Maintain a professional image and demeanor.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration Knowledge: Proven expertise in the field.
• CFC Certification: Required for the role.
• Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is a must.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs.
• Local or Relocating: We welcome candidates who are already living in Sioux Falls or looking to move to this vibrant city.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
