Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time or Part-Time Location: Valley Park Our client is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their busy and supportive dental team in Valley Park, MO. This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys working in a collaborative, low-drama environment and values strong teamwork. Schedule Full-Time: Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM Part-Time Option: Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $50 – $55 per hour (based on experience) Production Bonus: $20 per additional patient seen Scrub Stipend: Offered Benefits Include: Health Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Practice Details Team Size: 10 team members Operatories: 9 ops Dental Software: Dentrix Hygiene Setup: Single or double column based on hygienist preference Hygiene Assistant: Available if working double column Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented hygienist who works well with other hygienists and team members and is committed to providing excellent patient care.
