Commercial Outside Sales Representative

Territory: Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valley Employment: W-2 Outside Sales Compensation: Commission-only initially with a path to competitive salary plus commission The Opportunity Dynamic Batteries & Hoses is expanding its commercial customer base throughout Santa Clarita and the San Fernando Valley. We supply batteries, hydraulic hoses, fittings and related support to automotive businesses, fleets, warehouses, contractors, golf courses, equipment operators and industrial customers. We are looking for a driven outside sales professional who can open doors, build relationships and develop recurring commercial accounts. This position begins with a performance-driven, commission-only compensation plan. Representatives who demonstrate sustained quota attainment will transition into a competitive base salary plus commission structure. Mileage reimbursement, a phone allowance, CRM access and sales support are provided separately from commission compensation. Why Join Us? What You’ll Do Develop new B2B accounts within the assigned territory Visit automotive shops, fleets, warehouses, contractors and industrial facilities Connect with owners, purchasing managers, fleet managers and maintenance personnel Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Generate qualified opportunities and coordinate quotes Follow up consistently on proposals and customer needs Open profitable commercial accounts Develop repeat purchasing relationships Maintain accurate opportunities and follow-up activity in the CRM Meet established account-development, sales and profitability goals This is a true field-sales position focused on customer acquisition and account growth. It is not a retail-counter, delivery-route, installation or service position. Requirements At least 18 years old Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Ability to travel throughout the local territory Professional communication and presentation skills Ability to use email, mobile applications and CRM software Ability to spend the majority of working time conducting sales activity in the field Authorization to work in the United States Compensation and Advancement This is a W-2 outside-sales position that begins commission-only with uncapped earning potential. After consistently achieving established sales and gross-profit quotas, the representative will become eligible to transition into a competitive base salary plus commission structure. Complete commission calculations, account-credit rules, performance requirements and salary-conversion terms will be reviewed with qualified candidates and documented in a written commission agreement before employment begins.
