Assistant Manager - Standale

  • Always focused on Profits and Sales Growth
  • Excellent attention to the Guest Experience, a true example of Hospitality
  • Exhibits detailed attention to Food Safety, is or willing to become Serv-Safe Certified
  • Capable of assuming responsibility for 5 delegations including truck orders, scheduling, or inventory
  • Experience in financials to include setting and maintaining inventory, schedules, use of spreadsheets, labor management and knowledge of P&L's is desired
  • Sets the standards for the 3 pillars -Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness
  • Develops management by assessment of individual performance, coaching fundamentals, and clearly defining expectations and goals
  • Earns the respect of the staff/management through a lead-by-example and servant leadership approach
  • Demonstrates a consistent and productive management style that is vocal, approachable, and receptive
  • Is sales growth oriented to ultimately increase profitability
Physical Requirements:
  • Available a variety of hours to include evenings, nights and weekends
  • Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions
  • Will be required to lift up to forty pounds during the course of a workday
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the safety of individuals and guest needs
  • Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder
  • Reasonable accommodation will be made to those requiring assistance
