The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach to help clients secure their financial future through comprehensive health and life insurance plans.### Duties* Conduct outside sales activities to identify potential clients and expand the customer base* Present and explain various insurance products, including health and life policies, to prospective clients* Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client needs while adhering to company guidelines* Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation* Utilize analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions* Engage in marketing efforts to promote insurance products through various channels, including telemarketing and community outreach* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims or benefits administration* Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards during all client interactions### Experience* Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with multilingual or bilingual abilities considered a plus* Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems* Experience in marketing strategies related to insurance products is advantageous* Background in customer service roles within the insurance or financial services industry is desirable* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration processes will be beneficial for compliance purposesJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month### Benefits* Flexible schedule* Work from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Beltsville, MD 20705 #J-18808-Ljbffr
