Travel Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist - $2,116 per week

Position Travel Physical Therapist – Mesa, Arizona (13 weeks, 40 hours per week) Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in an acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the setting, following facility guidelines. Understand and comply with the PT board’s rules and regulations for the state. Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care. Understand adaptive equipment. Evaluate and create a plan of care, and modify it as indicated based on the patient’s condition. Use the medical center computer systems in performance of daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Qualifications 1 year of experience (6 months acceptable for an exceptional candidate); new graduates encouraged. BLS certification and state‑specific licensure. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods without difficulty.
