Electrical Assembler

Your day, your buildStep onto the floor and turn plans into power. You’ll arrive to a clean, organized workspace, check your standard work instructions, and get hands-on with devices—from panel boards and transformers to VFDs and lighting contactors. You’ll route conduit, pull cable, and bring complex assemblies to life while keeping safety, quality, and consistency at the center of everything you do.Schedule & rewardsWeekday Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pmWeekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pmWeekly pay, and full benefits day one!What you’ll build and doLearn and follow all safety policies and practices to prevent incidentsApply manufacturing policies and standard processes for consistent outputProtect product quality by following standard work/instructions and flagging risksKeep your area clean and organized throughout the shiftInstall electrical devices: disconnects, lights, panel boards, transformers, battery chargers, lighting contactors, VFDs, and moreBend, route, and install EMT and Rigid conduitInstall wireway and cable trayPull wire and large cableCut, strip, crimp, and terminate wiresWire assemblies per standard work/process instructions (NEC Manual)Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assignedWork environment & physical demandsConstant standingFrequent ladder work; climbing up and down laddersConstant overhead workFrequent work in cramped quartersLift up to 50 lbs. occasionallyQualificationsEducation & experienceHigh school diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience; orEquivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experienceBasic command of English, written and verbalRequired skillsBasic mathematical calculationsKnowledge of air, hand, and power toolsBasic mechanical aptitudeAbility to read a tape measurePreferred skillsAbility to bend conduit on a GB Sidewinder style bender (EMT and Rigid)Experience installing cable tray and wirewayCrimping and terminating experienceBlueprint/drawing reading abilityWorking knowledge of electricity, circuits, and common components (panel boards, transformers, disconnects, terminal blocks, relays, lighting contactors, etc.)Basic exposure to and awareness of NECYou’re proficient inMechanical Assembly SkillsEquipment Installation & WiringBlueprint Reading
