Digital Program Manager (Fortune 500 Experience Required)

Our client is searching for a Program Manager specializing in rolling out digital products for a temp-to-perm position that can be worked remotely.All candidates must have enterprise experience working with large organizations in the Fortune 500 space.Duties:Strategic Alignment: Connect digital initiatives (such as web re-platforming, software implementations, or digital customer journeys) directly with company objectives.Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and synchronize input from product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams. Budget & Resource Management: Maintain, forecast, and control program budgets while balancing resource capacity across projects. Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify risks early, establish escalation paths, and resolve dependencies or conflicts between projects. Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics (such as adoption rates, time-to-value, and milestone delivery) and report status updates to executives.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
