We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide dependable onsite technical support for a logistics operation in Georgia. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for employees by resolving everyday technology issues, setting up user equipment, and ensuring a smooth desktop experience across the organization. The ideal candidate brings solid Microsoft 365 and Windows support experience, communicates well with users at all levels, and approaches technical challenges with a service-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-line support for desktop hardware, software applications, printers, and other employee technology tools.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and general end-user computing environments.
• Assist with the operation and basic support of virtual machines, including work within Hyper-V-based environments.
• Prepare, configure, and deploy workstations while setting up user access and accounts for new or existing employees.
• Monitor and address service desk requests in a timely manner, prioritizing incidents to minimize disruption to business operations.
• Route more advanced or specialized technical problems to senior IT team members when additional expertise is required.
• Provide clear, detail-focused assistance to staff across the business, including senior leadership and executive-level users.
• Perform foundational troubleshooting related to network connectivity, computer hardware, and system performance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of support activity, documenting reported issues, actions taken, and final resolutions.• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a business environment.
• Hands-on background with Windows desktop support, including Windows 10.
• Familiarity with virtual machine administration and basic restart or recovery tasks.
• Exposure to Hyper-V is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and service desk ticket management processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities, including interaction with executive users.
• Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative team setting and eager to continue learning.
