Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Physician specializing in Nuclear Medicine Radiology (Nuclear Medicine Physician)
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania (PA license required for locum tenens)
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in nuclear medicine and PET imaging
• Experience with Sectra Radiology PACS, PowerScribe dictation, and EPIC electronic medical record preferred
• Familiarity with PET/CT, SPECT/CT reporting and protocols, and quality assurance processes
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Interpret and report 20-30 nuclear medicine studies and 10-15 PET scans per day with accurate, timely diagnostic reports
• Provide diagnostic imaging expertise to support clinical decision-making and patient care pathways
• Utilize Sectra PACS, PowerScribe dictation, and EPIC workflows for efficient reporting and documentation
• Collaborate with referring physicians, oncologists, cardiologists, and multidisciplinary teams on imaging findings and recommendations
• Participate in departmental meetings, multidisciplinary case reviews, and quality assurance initiatives
• Adhere to hospital policies, radiology protocols, and regulatory compliance for nuclear medicine services
