We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a non-profit organization in Beloit, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling high-volume communication, and ensuring accurate order processing. The person in this role will serve as a dependable point of contact for incoming inquiries while delivering attentive service across phone-based interactions.

**ON SITE ONLY**

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and provide courteous, solution-focused assistance.

• Handle a high volume of call center interactions while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems and verify information for completeness.

• Assist callers with questions, requests, and service-related concerns to ensure a positive experience.

• Place outbound calls when needed to follow up on orders, clarify information, or provide updates.

• Document customer interactions clearly and maintain organized records of conversations and actions taken.

• Resolve routine issues independently and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate team when necessary.

• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound phone communication effectively.
• Strong data entry and order processing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Clear verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to service.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
