Parts Department Associate

Part Time Parts Associate Position

Pay: $12-$16 per hour

No Benefits for Position

Responsibilities

• Help with job duties in the parts department
• Scanning, customer service, paperwork, shipping/receiving, parts deliveries to customers, etc.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts - Snap-on catalog
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
• Pull and fill orders from stock
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
• Create and modify purchase orders
• Assist in putting away incoming freight
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Are detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and a strong work ethic
• Great attendance is a must
• Physical requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs Stand or walk up to 4-5 hours of shift, reaching, bending, twisting frequently.
