Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay: $20.00–$27.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
Are you an experienced TIG Welder with a steady hand and an eye for precision? We’re seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality, precision-welded components by completing clean, accurate welds with consistency and control.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a TIG Welder, your core responsibilities will include:
Precision TIG Welding: Perform precise TIG welds with smooth, consistent lines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Blueprint & Specification Interpretation: Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications to ensure accurate results.
Quality & Finish Standards: Maintain weld appearance and structural integrity while meeting established quality standards.
In addition, you will maintain a clean work area and follow all safety and production guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
Previous experience as a TIG Welder.
Ability to consistently produce precise, clean welds.
Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Skills
TIG Welding: Ability to produce clean, accurate, and visually consistent TIG welds.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on maintaining quality standards on precision parts.
Manual Dexterity & Control: Ability to maintain control while welding detailed components.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to follow blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications.
