Responsibilities Participate in Major Projects sales efforts as needed. Lead the transition of commodity projects through financial award. Drive project handoff from award into engineering. Oversee transition from engineering into supply chain. Partner with Project Managers throughout engineering and procurement, proactively addressing risks and concerns. Identify process gaps, document findings, and implement best practices based on lessons learned. Maintain and manage the national installation resource schedule for major projects. Oversee major project assets, including installation tools and project‑specific equipment. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience with: Quotation management, Cadre, and major project costing. Resource planning and allocation. Cross‑functional project coordination across sales, engineering, and supply chain. Driving project transitions across multiple phases (award, engineering, procurement, execution). Identifying process improvements and enforcing best practices. Overseeing major project assets (installation tools, project‑specific equipment). Base Salary $90,300 – $112,900 (typical salary range for this position; revisions may be considered based on experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities).
