Responsibilities Run pre‑set warm leads, with no cold calling and no door‑to‑door knocking. Self‑generate leads for extra commission. High Earning Potential (commission): Most of our Sales Representatives earn an average of $80,000‑$120,000 in commission a year. Paid Training: (3 weeks) We have a state‑of‑the‑art sales training program where you graduate with a new skill set. Pay Frequency: Weekly pay through direct deposit. Qualifications Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation. (Required) Current vehicle and vehicle insurance. (Required) Must have an energetic, friendly, and collaborative demeanor.
