As a Welder I, you'll work alongside experienced team members to produce high-quality products while gaining the knowledge and skills needed to advance your career to the next level. What You'll Do Perform wire feed welding on a variety of products Set up and operate welding equipment Read blueprints and follow work instructions Move materials through the production process Support safety initiatives and maintain a clean work area Work closely with production team members to meet quality and productivity goals Operate forklifts and other equipment after training and certification Assist in other manufacturing areas as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Welding certificate, vocational training, technical school education, or equivalent experience preferred Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Commitment to workplace safety Why Join Northern Tool Manufacturing? Candidates must be able to safely lift materials and wear required personal protective equipment.
