- Number of Beds : 10
- Patient Ratios : 2:1
- Unit Staffing : Total Care Support with unit secretaries and techs available Equipment Utilized:
- Alaris IV Pump
- GE Bedside Monitors
- IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump)
- Impella Documentation System : Meditech Scheduling Requirements:
- 3 shifts per week
- 3 weekend shifts over a 4-week schedule On Call Requirements : Floating policy includes Medical ICU and Floor Units Patient Experience Requirements : Hospital-specific certifications required - ACLS/BLS or ALS/BLS Hiring Profile:
- Requested Skill Set :
- Experienced ICU RNs
- CVICU experience preferred
- Charge nurse experience for night shift is a plus
- Must Have :
- Telemetry skills
- Experience with Pressors, Positive Inotropes, Pacemakers, Chest Tubes
- Cath/EP Lab Recovery, Pericardial Drains
- Frequent Site and Vital Sign Assessments
- Advanced Skills Needed :
- Procedures performed on the unit include open heart procedures and ECMO cannulation Certifications Required : Relevant certifications as specified Dress Code : Royal Blue Scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please refer to unit-specific policies and guidelines. Awards/Recognition :
