Address Cleveland, OH Compensation $17.00 - $19.00/hour Highlights High school diploma or GED required Ability to lift, push and pull at least 40 pounds Description Location: Downtown Cleveland - Parking Garage/Lot Hourly Rate: $17-$19/hour Schedule: Full time, 5 days/week 3:30pm-12am The Spirit of the Position: The Lead Ambassador provides a high level of customer service to all garage parkers with a warm welcome, smiling face, while maintaining the garage and it's upkeep. What Will I Do? Greet all customers courteously and assist them by answering any questions they may have. If necessary, direct the customer to the Facility Manager for further assistance. Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized, all with a smile on your face! Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed. Must be able to work with or without supervision. Ensure garages and surface lots are maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. Responsible for general maintenance of the garage and surface lots – sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, picking up trash, changing light bulbs, painting etc. You Are: Dynamic. You’re charismatic, full of energy, and happy to help in any way you can. Dependable. Responsible is your middle name. You never disappoint because it’s not in your nature. Good under pressure. You don’t fold and get overwhelmed easily. Instead, you prefer chaos so you can kick its butt. Good at communicating and have the ability to speak, read, and comprehend English easily. A team player. You’re open to different opinions and can help motivate your team. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Parking industry experience is preferred but not required. Physical Demands: Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to lift, push and pull at least 40 pounds. Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time. Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
