CRNA Locums - Ketchikan, Alaska Critical Access Hospital Anesthesia

AVAILABILITY

• Assignment Duration: 6 months
• Reason for Opening: Gap in coverage
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Call: Evening/weekend call required
• Current Call Structure: Approximately 2 on / 2 off; will depend on other provider availability
• Setting: Inpatient / Hospital
• Privileges: Hospital
• Facility Beds: 25
• Rounding/Admissions: Admissions
• Patient Population: All ages
• Patient Volume: Variable; approximately 5-15 patient contacts per day

LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS

• Alaska License: Required
• License Status: Active AK license must be in hand at time of presentation
• Willing to License: No
• Board Certification: NBCRNA required
• ACLS: Required - American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS: Required
• NRP: Required
• PALS: Required
• ATLS: Required

CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Specialty: Anesthesia

• Trauma Level: Adult IV
• Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
• EMR: EPIC
• EPIC Experience: Proficient user required
• Case Logs: Required clinical activity/case logs from the last 24 months
