We are looking for a Self Driven, Dynamic Sales Store Manager . Our Managers are committed to providing the best customer experience to every customer, every day, in every store.

The ideal candidate demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers, and management team.

Job Requirements, Experience, & Skills Required:•Sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment•Deliver outstanding sales and service, strive to retain and gain customers•Provide the best customer experience to every customer•Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork•Motivate staff to continually improve performance•Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced work environment•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills•Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization•Must be able to provide any level of coverage if needed, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays•Ability to stand/walk for extended hours•Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite•POS Systems Knowledge .Point Of Sale•Excellent communication, verbal and written skills•Ability to understand budgets, sales, scheduling impact, goals, and allocations•Spanish language ability is not required but considered a plus

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GEDMinimum Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year of prior wireless or retail sales experiences a must. Must have experience with operations, merchandising, sales and stock activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
