Sr. Graphic Designer Location : Los Angeles, CA, Roddenberry (B333) Work Schedule : Onsite full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job Description As a Graphic Designer within Creative Services, you will play a critical role in the development of premium creative marketing materials, and visual storytelling initiatives supporting Paramount's global portfolio of television series and feature films. This position is ideal for a concept-driven designer with exceptional creative instincts, design taste, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities Creative Campaign Development Conceptualize and design high-impact creative assets that support Paramount's global television and feature film portfolio, including launch decks, sales presentations, e-blasts, invitations, key art development, promotional campaigns, and partner-facing communications. Develop original visual concepts that effectively position content for international distribution, licensing partners, and key stakeholders. Advanced Design Execution Execute sophisticated image compositing, retouching, typography, and layout design at the highest professional standards. Generate multiple design directions and creative explorations for internal review and stakeholder presentations. Create polished, presentation-ready artwork for executive reviews, marketing initiatives, and global sales materials. Creative Collaboration Partner with marketing, sales, and content teams to understand campaign objectives and audience strategies. Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining strong creative vision and design integrity. Work efficiently within a fast-paced environment balancing multiple priority projects and deadlines. Desired Characteristics Strong visual judgment and understanding of entertainment marketing. Passion for developing bold, concept-driven creative solutions. Exceptional typography, composition, and storytelling skills. Ability to work quickly while maintaining creative standards. Highly collaborative with a positive, solutions-oriented approach. Strong knowledge of current design, advertising, entertainment trends. Qualifications 2+ years of professional graphic design experience within entertainment, media, agency, or related creative environments. Formal design education from an accredited art, design, or visual communications program strongly preferred. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with typography, image compositing, and visual storytelling skills. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote, with the ability to design and build highly polished presentation decks. Strong working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel. Portfolio link required.
