This is a part-time internship position for our Fall Rotation, from September 7, 2026 through December 11, 2026 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. WHAT AWAITS YOU. Assist the MINI USA Marketing team with campaign development, execution, and reporting. Support social media planning and content creation (think Instagram, TikTok and beyond). Help coordinate influencer and partnership initiatives. Research competitive marketing trends and present findings. Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings. Assist with planning and logistics for experiential marketing events. Provide administrative and project support as needed. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university. US Work Authorization required. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major). Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application. Ability to work Part-Time (20-29 hours/week). Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application. WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING. Field of study: Marketing or Communications preferred. Prior internship and/or relevant work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Adobe Analytics. Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Languages: English (fluent, oral and written). Previous experience working with automotive dealer operations and data analysis preferable. WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO: Paid time off in addition to company paid holidays where eligible. Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30. Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20. The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate.
