Seasonal Surgical Technologist - Spine & Total Joint

Location: Lone Tree, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 6:45 AM to 4:45 PM, Monday through Friday. On-call required on weekends with a 30-minute response time.

Job Description: Join our dynamic Spine & Total Joint team as a Surgical Technologist. You will play a crucial role in assisting with procedures focused on spinal fusions and total joint replacements while working in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
• Prepare and maintain instruments and supplies for surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Perform scrub duties for spine and joint procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 6 months of current hospital experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Active BLS, DORA, and NBSTA certifications.
• Experience with large spinal fusion procedures including ALIF, OLIF, DLIF, ACDF, and ACDR.
• Preferred experience in spine and joint scrub techniques.
