RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work varied schedule in Emergency Department
/n• TNCC certification required
/n• BLS certification required
/n• Must have current, valid RN license in state of practice or compact RN licensure
/n• Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting required
/n• Experience must include working in acute care setting within past 12 months as Registered Nurse in specialty area
/n• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies
/n• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare team
/n• Evaluate patient progress and revise care plans as needed
/n• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
/n• Supervise and delegate care to licensed and non-licensed personnel
/n• Maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations
/n• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and possess adequate physical agility
/n• Requires fine motor skills and adequate eye-hand coordination
/n• Must use standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids
