This role is responsible for performing light collision repairs, wheel refinishing, paint preparation, and spot blending to restore vehicles to like-new condition while upholding Ferman’s standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Wheel Repair & Refinishing: Repair and refinish damaged wheels, perform sanding, filling, and painting. Light Collision Repairs: Complete minor body repairs including dents, scratches, and plastic repairs. Paint Preparation & Spot Blending: Sand, mask, clean, and blend paint for seamless finishes. Production & Quality: Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards. Shop Maintenance & Safety: Maintain clean workspace and follow all safety guidelines. Qualifications 1–3+ years of automotive reconditioning or collision repair experience. Strong attention to detail. Valid driver’s license. Certifications preferred but not required.
