Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Salina company to add a Route Delivery Operations Assistant. As a full-service staffing firm serving Central Kansas, we connect dependable people with great local employers.
A day in this roleYour shift begins at the warehouse, where you’ll team up with the driver to stage and load products for the day’s route. You’ll ride along to retail customer locations, assisting with deliveries and providing friendly, professional service. When you’re not on the road, you’ll help keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe. Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with coworkers to meet quality and production targets.
What you’ll handle- Assist in loading and organizing product for delivery routes
- Support deliveries to retail customers and provide courteous on-site assistance
- Maintain a tidy, safety-focused warehouse when not at job sites
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve production and quality goals
- Comfort safely lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently and as a dependable team member
- Stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Customer service mindset
- Experience loading and unloading vehicles
- Familiarity with refrigerated warehouse operations
