Warehouse Associate

We are looking for dependable Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators and Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading and shipping products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Casual Dress Code Paid Training Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Medical / Dental Insurance STD /LTD Life Insurance $18.00 / Hour Employment Type & Shifts Temp to Hire Full Time 1st Shift 2nd Shift 3rd Shift Rotating Shifts Job Responsibilities Warehouse Associate Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Load and unload trucks and pallets safely Maintain accurate inventory counts and records Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) if trained/certified Follow all company policies and safety procedures Machine Operator Set up, operate, and monitor machines to manufacture products according to specifications Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance as needed Inspect parts and products for quality assurance Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials Transport products throughout the warehouse to designated areas Inspect forklifts before and after use to ensure proper working condition Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned for all positions. Basic math and computer skills Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
