Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with efficient, nimble and resilient processes through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Group Ops Capability Centre (GOCC) was formed to accelerate innovation via development and deployment of AI capabilities and COE setups, and at the same time to ensure resiliency and standardization. The function also holds the mandate to oversee digital transformation initiatives across the 3 Lines of Business Ops (LOBOs) and Operations COO functions.

The Senior Delivery Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI transformation of CBG digibot within Group Operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in AI methodologies, agile project management, and strategic execution. The successful candidate will drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, fostering innovation, and delivering measurable impact across the organization. This role will involve leading multiple cross-functional teams, managing significant budgets, and influencing key stakeholders to achieve strategic AI goals.

• Strategic AI Project Delivery: Lead and oversee the successful delivery of a comprehensive portfolio of GenAI and agentic AI CBG digibot transformation, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, achieving defined business outcomes.
• AI Governance: Collaborate with key AI Governance teams to implement and maintain robust AI governance frameworks and processes for our digibot agentic solutions to provide transparency and ensure accountability across all projects in the AI portfolio. Drive continuous improvement in AI delivery processes and toolchains.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as a primary liaison between technical AI teams, business stakeholders, and senior management. Effectively communicate complex AI concepts, project progress, risks, and benefits to diverse audiences, influencing decision-making and managing expectations.
• Team Leadership & Capability Building: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of project managers, delivery leads, and technical specialists within the AI domain. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence. 
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting the AI project portfolio. Develop contingency plans and drive timely resolution to ensure project continuity and success.
• Innovation & Future Proofing: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and emerging technologies. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new AI capabilities to create business value and enhance operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in project and program management, with at least 5 years specifically leading and delivering complex AI/ML projects and portfolios.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and significant project portfolios (>$5M).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, frameworks 
• Expertise in various agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their application in AI development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing technical teams.
