Position Overview:
As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering fast-paced, high-quality care to patients in urgent and often complex situations. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat patients with acute injuries, illnesses, and trauma. In this dynamic environment, you’ll apply your clinical expertise, decision-making skills, and compassionate care to help stabilize patients and provide them with the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Rapidly assess, prioritize, and treat patients with a wide range of acute conditions, including trauma, cardiac issues, respiratory distress, and other emergencies
• Collaborate with emergency physicians, technicians, and other team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Utilize advanced monitoring and diagnostic equipment to assess patient status and respond to changing conditions
• Provide patient education on emergency treatment, follow-up care, and discharge instructions to ensure a safe transition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient outcomes
