This is an excellent opportunity for research and development of materials that will enable current and future semiconductor device nodes. The ideal candidate will lead the technological advancement that requires development of various materials, deposition techniques and determine how to integrate the films for semiconductor device manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Drive innovation and development of CVD process & hardware technologyDefine technical path to solve high value problemsDevelop, plan and execute process engineering development projectsLead and participate in discussions with internal and external stakeholders to develop & deliver world-class performance solutions to the customersAdvance in-depth understanding of process, hardware and their interaction in highly complex systemsPerform process and hardware characterization on highly complex systemsFunctional Knowledge:Regarded as technical expert in their respective fieldExperience in semiconductor processing technology beneficialLeadership:Leads projects with significant complexityDevelop strategy and path for project executionWork effectively with team members within and outside of the organizationProblem Solving:Identify and define clear high value problemsAbility to break down complex challenges into clear problem statements, and develop strategy to solve themSolve complex problems with multiple process and hardware tradeoffsAbility to absorb knowledge from multiple sources, identify and implement the best solutionImpact:Impacts the direction of process and hardware development for current and future technologiesInterpersonal Skills:Passionate in solving problems and advancing technologyWork independently and in a team with varying fields and years of expertiseExcellent communication skillsAdditional Information:Time Type: Full timeEmployee Type: Assignee / RegularTravel: Yes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible: YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
