Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care for diverse patients and families throughout their life stages, including pediatric and geriatric care.
• Address chronic conditions, preventative health, acute illnesses, and mental health in a patient-centered way.
• Conduct thorough physical assessments, interpret diagnostic findings, and design individualized treatment strategies.
• Collaborate seamlessly with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other professionals to provide well-rounded care.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing both patient outcomes and operational success.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) efficiently to ensure precise and updated patient data.
• Provide care both in person and through virtual platforms to meet patient needs.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently maintain) an active Minnesota medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous.
