Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight‑knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. Compensation $41,600 yearly Responsibilities Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team Support the legal team with admin‑related tasks when time permits Qualifications Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired Customer service or sales experience a plus Background in the legal industry preferred Ability to effectively and quickly learn and adapt to multiple software platforms at once Ability to be reliable and punctual with attendance, since your role is crucial for successful day‑to‑day operations Benefits PTO Health insurance CLE, bar dues, malpractice 401(k) Bonus incentives Gym membership Dental insurance Life insurance Free estate plan for you and your close family #J-18808-Ljbffr
