Millwright Foreman

We are looking for experienced Millwright Foremen to join the team in Knoxville. Industrial experience is needed to be successful in this role. Schedule will vary based on plant downtimes. Benefits Two Blue Cross/Blue Shield Medical Plans (non-tobacco) at no cost to you Company paid short‑term disability Vision, Dental, and optional insurance coverage 8 paid holidays per year Boot and clothing allowance after 90 days Paid time off accrues from Day1 401(k) Plan with company match Company‑paid life insurance Possible eligibility for a company truck and gas card Responsibilities Work safely and maintain safety as priority Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings for construction machines Rig, move, and set equipment such as HVAC units using cranes and helicopters Conduct general maintenance on industrial equipment Perform demolition as needed Use precision tools to take accurate measurements Perform drilling, welding, bolting, and other duties as required Conduct toolbox talks and assign tasks for the day Submit timecards for crew members Coordinate with owners or general contractors to complete jobs on time and within budget Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Millwright or similar position Leadership experience preferred Maintain a drug‑free workplace Punctual and reliable Team player Capable of working in extremes of heat, cold, bad weather, indoors and outdoors Stand and walk throughout the workday and lift/carry up to 60 lbs Operate well in confined spaces and at heights, including crawling, squatting, kneeling, and bending Good motor control, vision, and hand‑eye coordination EEO Statement Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is an Equal Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
