About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Construction Services to take on an executive leadership role with a focus on strategic alignment, integration, and optimization of construction service departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving higher value for clients and team members by implementing standardized and scalable systems, workflows, and resources. This role requires a visionary leader who can build a world-class, end-to-end construction workflow, empower people, and drive growth through innovation and client value. Key responsibilities include establishing a clear vision for integrated delivery, maximizing project profitability, and leading the adoption of technology and sustainable practices. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, with an advanced professional degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership in construction operations is required, with a proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-wide workflows. The role demands a leader with strong technical expertise in construction technologies, business acumen, and the ability to influence and drive change. The Senior Vice President will also be responsible for departmental oversight, including project controls, preconstruction, virtual design and construction, engineering services, scheduling, quality assurance, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a background in strategic thinking, cross-functional team integration, and advanced problem-solving, and will be adept at fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
