Production Operator –
1st Shift (6:50 AM – 3:00 PM) 2nd Shift (2:50 PM -11:00 PM) (10:50 PM - 7:00 AM)

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our manufacturing team in Covington, GA. This position is responsible for assisting in the production of automotive components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training will be conducted on 1st shift before transitioning to the regular 2nd shift schedule.
Shift:
- Training: 1st Shift
- Regular Schedule: 1st shift 6:50 am- 3:00 pm
- Monday – Friday, with overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and manufacture automotive components according to production standards
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Meet daily production goals and quality expectations
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
