EHS Supervisor

We are looking for an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Supervisor - 1st Shift who is ready to be a key driver in a zero-incident safety culture. education: High School Responsibilities What you will be doing… Manage and continuously improve Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) programs to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. EHS/FSQA Management: Implement, review, and revise safety programs and procedures. Conduct inspections and audits, manage correction of safety and environmental deficiencies, and maintain regulatory records (OSHA Logs, chemical inventory). Enhance site capabilities in critical hazard program management (e.g., hazardous energy control, fall protection, mobile equipment). Adhere to Workplace Safety Policies and GMP; complete FSQA training. Measure and track Safety KPIs. Risk & Incident Response: Perform collaborative risk assessments to evaluate job hazards, track risk, and prioritize mitigation. Respond to EHS incidents, participate in investigations, recommend, and implement countermeasures. Administer various safety programs (e.g., hearing testing). Promptly report safety/food safety hazards or deviations to the designated supervisor. Culture & Improvement: Foster a safety-first mindset by providing coaching and guidance to all employees. Deliver Continuous Improvement by building capability, establishing best practices, and actively contributing to the company's Workplace and Food Safety Culture.
