This is a professional, client-first firm that means it when they say they don't want people to burn out.What You'll Do:Prepare and review returns across individual, small business, and complex multi-state entitiesManage client relationships with professionalism and confidentialitySupport compilation, review, and audit engagements as neededRepresent clients in IRS matters where applicableWhat We're Looking For:CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Senior Accountant actively pursuing CPA designation5+ years of public accounting experienceIf you have compilations and reviews experience that would be great as wellPTIN (P-10) preferredCompensation & Benefits:$75K starting salary if actively pursuing CPA | Up to $125K+ for credentialed CPAs with 10+ years of experience100% employer-paid health insurance + HRA ($6–7K tax-free annually)29 days PTO with unused payoutPrimarily in-office with hybrid opportunities after established tenureOpportunity to learn more and earn more as you grow with the firmTired of being the small fish in a big pond?
