Now Hiring: Wellness Sales Specialist
Rumble Boxing Gym is looking for a passionate and driven Wellness Sales Specialist / Front Desk Sales Representative to join our Madison, AL team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys fitness, health, customer interaction, and membership sales.
If you have experience in sales, retail, customer service, fitness studios, or hospitality and enjoy working in a people-focused environment, we encourage you to apply.
A Day in the Life of Our Front Desk Sales Representative
As a Wellness Sales Specialist, you'll help create a welcoming and positive experience for every client who walks through our doors. Your day may include greeting members, checking clients into appointments, answering questions about stretching services, booking intro sessions, and helping convert prospects into loyal Rumble Boxing Gym members.
You'll also support community outreach and promotional events while helping prospective clients understand the benefits of assisted stretching and wellness services. Strong communication skills and confidence in sales conversations are essential in this role.

Successful Front Desk Sales Associates typically have:
Sales and customer service experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Computer and scheduling software proficiency
Ability to work under pressure and meet goals
Flexibility for evenings and weekends
A passion for health, wellness, and fitness

Part-Time Work Schedule
This Fitness Sales Associate enjoys flexible part-time scheduling with 4–8 hour shifts. Position requires just one evening shift per week (4 PM–8 PM) and one weekend shift per week (9 AM–2 PM).
