You'll collaborate closely with sales, estimating, and project teams while mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement across the department.

The Role:
* Lead and review HVAC system design to ensure accuracy, compliance, and constructability

The Person:
* Mechanical Engineering Degree (or equivalent experience)
* Strong technical expertise across HVAC systems, codes, and design software
* Proven leadership ability with strong communication and project coordination skills
